Get to know me

I am Hannah Schramm, the founder of MedinaPlan. I have years of experience as an urban planner and landscape architect in Germany and Sweden. I hold a bachelor's degree in landscape architecture and urban planning from the University of Applied Sciences in Weihenstephan, Freising, and a master's in design for sustainable development from Chalmers University.

After my studies, I completed the state exam in Baden-Württemberg, Germany, becoming a Government Builder. This experience helped me to get deep insight into planning and building laws. I have also worked at various consulting and architectural firms in Sweden, gaining experience in both public and private sectors. In Sweden I hold the title landskapsarkitekt LAR/MSA which is equivalent to the German title “Eingetragene Landschaftsarchitektin”.
